Tugas Service Point

1. Menerima barang elektronik yang mau diperbaiki dari semua pelanggan sebanyak mungkin.

2. Menginformasikan ke kami untuk menjemput barang tersebut untuk diperiksa kerusakannya (Hanya untuk Service Point yang berlokasi di Jakarta).

3. Setelah diperiksa oleh teknisi kami, administrasi kami akan menginformasikan ke Service Point mengenai kerusakan dan total biaya perbaikan termasuk spare part.

4. Service Point mengkonfirmasi total biaya perbaikan ke konsumen, dan setelah mendapat persetujuan dari konsumen, teknisi kami akan segera memperbaiki barang tersebut dan segera mengantar kembali ke Service Point setelah selesai diperbaiki.

5. Apabila Konsumen batal service, maka kami akan segera mengantar kembali barang tersebut ke Service Point dan tidak dikenakan biaya apapun (tidak ada biaya pembatalan).

6. Service Point akan menerima hasil usaha atau keuntungan dari setiap barang yang selesai diperbaiki. Maka semakin banyak barang yang diterima dan selesai diperbaiki atau berhasil diperbaiki, semakin banyak pula keuntungan yang diperoleh oleh Service Point.

 

Garansi Service

Semua barang yang diperbaiki di Service Point digaransi 1 (satu) bulan perbaikan dan Spare Part yang diganti. Untuk barang Garansi Victoria Service, apabila tidak dapat diperbaiki kembali karena sesuatu hal, maka kami menjamin uang kembali 100% utuh.

Semua barang yang tertera di halaman “services” dapat diterima oleh Service Point.

Duty Service Point

1.Receive electronic goods will be repaired from all the customers as much as possible.

2.Inform to us to pick up these items for inspection of damage (only for Service Point is located in Jakarta).

3.After review by our technicians, our administration will inform the Service Point on the damage and the total cost of repair including spare part.

4.Service Point to confirm the total cost of repairs to the consumer, and after obtaining approval from the customer, our technicians will quickly repair the item and immediately drove back to the Service Point after repaired.

5.When Consumers cancel service, then we will immediately take back the goods to the Service Point and does not charge (no cancellation fee).

6.Service Point will receive the results of operations or profits of any goods repaired. So more and more goods are received and completed successfully repaired or restored, the more profits made by the Service Point.

 

Warranty Service

All items are repaired at the Service Point guaranteed 1 (one) month of repairs and replaced Spare Part. For goods Victoria Service Guarantee, if not repaired for any reason, then we guarantee money back 100% intact.
